Mohammed Kudus scored two fantastic goals as West Ham ran out 5-0 winners in their Europa League last-16 clash against Freiburg on Thursday.

  WHAT HAPPENED?

  With the Hammers 3-0 up, Kudus collected the ball inside his side's half and went on a Lionel Messi-esque solo run, beating three Freiburg players before smashing it into the net. Moments later, he got a second when he lashed it into the bottom corner from the edge of the box.

  THE BIGGER PICTURE

  West Ham trailed 1-0 on aggregate heading into the second leg of the tie against the German side. However, they pulled level in the early stages on Thursday through Lucas Pacqueta, before Jarrod Bowen and Aaron Cresswell gave them a sizeable lead ahead of Kudus' awesome double.
